From 1969 to 1973, my family lived in that house across the plaza (painted beige with iron grates under window on 2nd floor). Had very fond memories of that house.
The plaza was nicely kept, the pine trees smelled so good, esp. when it’s cool outside.
We used to watch live shows on the stage, games too. We moved to the states, came back several years ago, and Santa Ana/Plaza Hugo so much quieter than rest of manila. I wish I can live in that house again.
